Animalcare Group is an international animal health company, built on more than six decades of pharmaceutical expertise, entrepreneurial vision and strategic growth.

Our origins date back to the 1960s with the creation of ESTEVE Veterinaria, which laid a solid scientific and commercial foundation in Europe.

In 2002, the founding of Ecuphar in Belgium brought a new entrepreneurial drive, focused on veterinary specialisation, innovation and international expansion. The acquisition of ESTEVE' s veterinary division in 2015 reinforced a strong and diversified European platform.

In 2017, the integration of Animalcare (UK) and Ecuphar resulted in today's Animalcare Group, a UK AIM-listed company with increased scale, development capabilities and global ambition.

Today we have a direct commercial presence in seven European countries and export to over 40 markets in Europe and internationally. Our business model combines proprietary development, strategic alliances and selective acquisitions to deliver innovative animal health solutions, responding to the real needs of veterinarians and pet guardians.

In 2025, we took a key step in our international expansion with the acquisition of Randlab in Australia, significantly strengthening our position in equine health, along with a strategic investment in InVetro Pty Ltd, expanding our presence in the Asia-Pacific companion animal market.
